Is there a warranty?

Yes! All of our lights come with a 5 to 8 year warranty. To report a malfunction, email us at [email protected] or call us at 321-234-6050. We’ll come pick up the light and exchange it for free.

How do I make a return?

We offer no-hassle returns on all products that are unopened and unused in original packaging. Used and opened items may be eligible for return, but subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do you provide installations?

Yes! We can provide installations for all of the lights we provide. Installations will be performed by a licensed electrician in your area.

What if my fixture isn’t made for LEDs?

The majority of fixtures can be retrofitted for LEDs. If your fixture cannot be retrofitted, we do offer LED fixtures to replace them with.

How much will I save by switching?

How much you will save compared to your current electric bill will vary based on the type of bulbs you were using prior to switching. Incandescent bulbs are the most commonly used, which upon switching, you will save up to 50-75% of your lighting costs.

How do I get an estimate for my space?

I don’t like a cold white color of my lights. Do I have options for color?

Our LEDs range from 2700-6500 Kelvin. In Kelvin, the lower the number the light is, the softer (warmer) it will be. 2700 would be comparable to a standard incandescent light bulb and 4500 would be comparable to a standard fluorescent light bulb.

Do I need to change my electrical wiring to accommodate the new bulbs.

No! LEDs use less energy than other lights. So, even if you want to add more lights you will still be using the same wiring.

Are LEDs dimmable?

Yes! Depending on the model of your dimmer, the dimming percentage of your lights will vary. Older models may only able to dim around 50%. Newer models will give a much broader range.

Returns

30 day swap policy for all defective products

  • Defective merchandise needs to be returned in original packaging and condition
  • Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
  • RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of purchase, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return products to LED Lighting Source, LLC. We do not mail or email physical labels
  • RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects
  • COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 10 or more pieces, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition

If you experience an issue with a product, a technician from our support team may be able to diagnose the issue. Technical support is available by phone 321-234-6050 and email ([email protected]). The warranty is valid and only applies when products are properly used for their intended applications.

A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. As stated above, all products are warranted from the date of purchase. Warranty is void when products are used in applications for which they are not intended. Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
